We live in a digital world; it has changed the way we interact with services and what we expect from services. Healthcare is no different. We want to know how this is impacting general practice. Specifically, we want to understand the digital practice and how day-to-day practice management is affected – and would like your help – your experience
Please take our short survey and help us to see how the ‘digital practice’ is developing – there’s a chance to win one of four Sonos Play 1 smart wifi speakers – with thanks to our sponsor Nuance
NHS England is enhancing its digital provision – providing for a digital population increasingly managing their health and wellbeing via digital tools. A recent YouGov poll revealed that two in three people (63%) would rather ‘econsult’ – with feedback from their own GP – within two working days, than to seek a face-to-face consultation, with an average wait of nearly two weeks.
With the recent announcement that every user in England will be able to use an app or a web browser to view their medical records and book appointments with their GP by the end of the year – this is quick becoming a reality for all. But how is this move to the digital impacting day-to-day practice management?
Plus, to show our appreciation for your participation, there are four Sonos Play 1 smart wifi speakers up for grabs (terms and conditions do apply) – thanks to our sponsors Nuance!
The closing date for the survey is November 30, 2017. After this we will collate responses and share this information with you – gaining a deeper insight into the digital practice.
