Nominations are now open for this year’s PMA Awards, designed to recognise and reward the fantastic achievements across all areas of the healthcare sector
Now entering its third year, the awards are free to enter and there are nine categories in total, including Practice Manager of the Year, Receptionist Team of the Year and Outstanding Contribution to General Practice.
PMA invites applications from all managers, PCN and practice colleagues – and you can even nominate yourself.
Winners will be presented with their awards at the Best Practice show in October, a two-day event attended by thousands of healthcare professionals.
Ian Jones, PMA’s director said: “It’s important – especially in the current climate – to celebrate our successes in primary care, so we encourage as many people as possible to nominate someone they feel has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
“Just being nominated can be a real boost for someone and this is a great opportunity to highlight some of the amazing work done by primary care teams right across the country.”
The headline sponsor for this year’s awards is Henry Schein Medical UK, leading supplier of medical equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers.
The deadline to submit applications is September 15th and the shortlist will be announced on September 29th 2023.
