NHS Employers has launched the latest edition of its International Recruitment Toolkit, marking the fifth anniversary of the toolkit’s initial publication. This vital resource has been updated to address significant developments in the international recruitment landscape and incorporates links to the latest tools and guidance.
The updates to the toolkit include:
Revised eVisa Information: Reflecting changes following the removal of Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs), the toolkit provides updated guidance to help international recruits navigate the eVisa process effectively.
New Resources on HCPC Consultation: A comprehensive section has been added to cover the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) consultation. This aims to assist international recruits and employers in understanding regulatory updates.
English Language Requirements: Fresh resources have been introduced to support healthcare organisations and recruits in meeting English language proficiency standards, a critical step in the recruitment and integration process.
