Are pay conditions for salaried GPs likely to affect motivation?

Figures from NHS Digital have revealed that salaried GPs, on average, earned £53,600 during 2014/2015 compared to GP partners earning £101,500 over the same period. The former figure represents a 1.7% decrease on the previous year while the latter represents a 1.7% increase.
